1.1. The Operator sets as its primary goal and condition for its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website mathsolver.cloud

2.2. Blocking of personal data — temporary cessation of processing of personal data.

2.9. Personal data allowed for distribution — personal data to which an unlimited number of persons have been granted access by the subject of personal data.

2.10. User — any visitor to the website mathsolver.cloud

2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.

2.12. Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons.

2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state.

2.14. Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data.

3. Basic Rights and Obligations of the Operator

3.1. The Operator has the right to receive reliable information from the subject of personal data; continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds specified in the Personal Data Law; independently determine necessary measures to ensure fulfillment of obligations.

3.2. The Operator is obliged to provide information regarding the processing of personal data upon request; organize processing in accordance with current legislation; respond to inquiries from subjects of personal data; take measures to protect personal data from unlawful access; fulfill other obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law.

4. Basic Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects

4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to receive information regarding processing of their personal data; demand clarification, blocking or destruction of inaccurate data; withdraw consent to processing; appeal unlawful actions of the Operator in court.

4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves and inform the Operator about any changes.

4.3. Persons who provided false information bear responsibility in accordance with current legislation.

5. Principles of Personal Data Processing

5.1. Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.

5.2. Processing is limited to achieving specific, pre-defined, and lawful goals.

5.3. It is not allowed to combine databases containing personal data for incompatible purposes.

5.4. Only personal data that meet the purposes of processing are subject to processing.

5.5. The content and volume of processed data correspond to the stated purposes.

5.6. Accuracy of personal data is ensured during processing.

5.7. Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing.

6. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The purpose of processing — informing the User by sending emails. Personal data: last name, first name, email address, phone numbers, city. Types of personal data processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, and anonymization of personal data.

7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing

7.1. Processing is carried out with the consent of the subject of personal data.

7.2–7.7. Processing may also be carried out to achieve goals provided for by international treaty or law, for the administration of justice, for the execution of a contract, to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the operator, for publicly available personal data, or for personal data subject to mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.

8. Procedure for Collecting, Storing, Transferring, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing

8.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access by unauthorized persons.

8.2. The User’s personal data will never be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation or with the User’s consent.

8.3. In case of inaccuracies, the User can update their personal data by sending a notification to support@mathsolver.cloud marked “Updating personal data.”

8.4. The User can withdraw consent to processing at any time by sending a notification to support@mathsolver.cloud marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”

8.5. All information collected by third-party services is stored and processed by those persons in accordance with their own User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

8.6. Prohibitions established by the subject of personal data on transfer of personal data do not apply in cases of processing in state, public, and other public interests defined by law.
